If there exists a server emoji :pepsi:, it can be displayed using this template:

Providing Emojis
When uploading an emoji, format the filename like so:
Emoji-Name-Of-Emoji.png
Then the emoji can be used:
{{emoji|Name-Of-Emoji}}
If the file extension is something other than PNG:
😺 + 😜 = {{emoji|stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye_cat|filetype = svg}}
