It is convention that an initiated Guzmer member will verbally say "Guzbye" or "Guznight" before leaving voice chat.

As it is purely a verbal colloquialism, the spelling is contended. Some variations of the farewells' spelling include:

Origin

Term originates from a game of Quiplash that Josh played with his Waukesha friends, in which his friend Joel misspelled the word "Goodbye" and instead submitted the answer "Goosbye" in response to a prompt. The phrase made its way into the Discord and quickly became a regular departure.
